Overview

Vivaz – Training offers clients practical, hands-on and relevant courses designed to meet the needs and challenges of the ever-evolving call and contact centre industry.

These courses have been developed from Vivaz’s extensive up-to-date knowledge of the industry, primarily acquired through its running of the Australian Contact Centre Survey (ACCS).

The annual survey sees Vivaz regularly liaise with managers and staff, keeping us in-touch with day-to-day operational issues, the challenges managers are facing, how these are developing over time and how industry leaders are overcoming these challenges.

Vivaz trainers create an atmosphere where attendees feel relaxed in sharing information and in asking questions. We are known for our interactive and fun sessions, providing participants with practical solutions and action plans to implement in their workplace.
